Brendan Bartlett Landscape Arhitecture and Design Bendigo - Profile.
Brendan Bartlett is a young and enthusiastic Landscape Architect with a passion for designing landscapes which are usable, visually pleasing and sustainable.  Having previously worked in a similar field with his father's Civil Engineering business in Bendigo, Brendan studied a 4 year Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Melbourne.  Brendan excelled in his studies whilst at Melbourne University, receiving both the 'EDAW Prize for Landscape Technology' and 'Deans Honour Award' for Landscape Architecture in 2001.   

Upon graduation, Brendan worked as a landscape architect for the Melbourne based firms 'Michael Smith and Associates', and 'Hamilton Landscape Architects', prior to moving back to his home town of Bendigo and setting up his own practice.  Whilst at Hamilton Landscape Architects, Brendan was involved as a designer in many high profile projects such as the Moorabbin Court House Complex, Dennis Family Corporation display homes throughout Victoria and New South Wales, Arnolds Creek Estate, and many other residential, commercial and public projects. Notable Central Victorian projects he has completed include landscape planning, reserves and entry treatments for residential subdivisions including Wesley Heights Estate, Ascot Park Estate, and Hillcrest Estate Castlemaine,  water sensitive urban design work at Arbor Place Estate, landscape plans for Anne Caudle Centre aged care facility, grounds and garden design for Dr. Harry Little Pre-School, Kennington Primary School, St Andrews Uniting Church and Poppet Head Industrial Estate, high profile display homes in Strathfieldsaye and Junortoun, and numerous residential projects for private clients.  He is experienced in dealing with the landscape constraints of Central Victoria and is constantly inspired by the challenge of working as a Landscape Architect in one of the driest regions of Victoria.  Brendan Bartlett is insured for Professional Indemnity as a sole trader, and is a Registered Landscape Architect with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.
